Since the beginning of mankind, humans have contemplated how the "Great Mystery" began and from where. The elders of tribes, societies, nations, and so on, began compiling the stories that were communicated to them from the "ONE" - God, the Great Spirit, Allah, Buddha, the Great Mystery, and so on.

Elders of peoples many thousands of years ago began to see that their people were changing from those of peaceful hunter/gatherers. They were beginning to travel down the road of aggressive warriors who wanted more and more of what had been shared among the peoples.

These warriors began wars against other tribes, and thus, began our journey to modern day humanity.

Before the elders of those first tribes allowed their people to get too far out of the teachings of the "One", they, the elders collectively, decided to hide the secrets of humanity from the peoples of the tribes who could no longer protect these great treasures. The elders began to hold the secrets of the beginnings of humanity passing them only from one elder to the next elder, and only when it was time to pass the treasures to the next generation.

Over the next several thousand years, the truths of humanity were kept secret from the peoples. The elders waited until, as the teachings predicted, the time would be right for the secrets to again become available to the peoples of the world. Important to note here is that these peoples lived all over the world. Only in the last century have we discovered that elders all over the world have preserved these truths. A most incredible historical find!

Through the centuries, many a learned philosopher predicted the end of the world at or near the years of 2010 to 2020. Nostradamus was one of those noted philosophers. The Mayan calendar ends in December 2012 alluding to the end of the world as well. We believe they were right, but not the way they had interpreted these predictions.

We here at GREEN DOT FOR EARTH ORGANIZATION agree the end of the world the way we know it is coming near. The difference is that the "Next Generation of Humanity" is here to take over! "Next Generation of Humanity" is the voice that talks to you from deep within your heart. That voice that used to speak to you every day when you carried the innocence of a child before the filters of adulthood began their construction of what you now know as your personality.

Our founder, Terry Nichols, discovered as an adult that his ancestors were those of the Chickamauga Tribe of the Cherokee Nation within modern-day USA. Terry has known all his life that there was more to his spirit than that of a Norwegian/Irishman. His sensitivity to the lands, of what is now USA, has always intrigued him ever since he was a little boy playing comfortably in the woods of the Rocky Mountains of Idaho.

Though he felt something more for the animals around him and had no fear of them, he longed to see the world. He realized his dream shortly after graduating from high school when he joined the U.S. Navy and stayed there for twenty years travelling much of the world. To his amazement, he was always comfortable with the peoples he has met through his travels. Terry has many "brothers and sisters" in his very large family in many countries.

In 1999, Terry met a Native American man and his wife while he was working in Florida and told them that he had then only recently found that he too was Native American. This wonderful new brother taught Terry how to create a vision for himself as other adults have done for generations. Unfortunately, Terry was transferred and they lost contact with each other. However, Terry kept his vision within himself over the next nine years until he again sought his vision. Terry believes that Spirit brought him to the book that changed his life. The book, The Quest for Meaning, Living a Life of Purpose, by Jim Rosemergy, was in a bookshelf next to his bed one night when he was in need of something to read before retiring.

Terry began reading this amazing book cover to cover what would be four times in a row before reading it once more for the purpose of completing the studies of the book as he went. For one exercise, Terry searched out an autobiography of someone who had a considerable impact on humanity and was to pay attention to the point when the author realized that they were to make an impact on those around them.

After a short ride to the library, Terry went straight for the Biographical Section. Starting at A and moving through the many books before him of sports stars, great doctors, and politicians. None of these great people called to him as he had expected, until he happened upon the letter G. An Autobiography: The Story of My Experiments with Truth, by Mahatma Gandhi jumped out at him and his world changed again. The works of a man he knew little of, but respected deeply was now part of his life's journey to what will be his life's purpose.

When Terry continued his work in The Quest for Meaning, he decided to go on a Vision Quest. From a chapter within The Quest for Meaning, "Native Americans understood the need and power of revelation. Many tribes had their requirement for their young men to embark upon a vision quest. Some cultures believed that unless one had a spiritual experience during the quest, life would be without meaning. Each tribe or nation approaches the vision quest for meaning in a unique way."

In August of 2009, Terry went on a Vision Quest for three days and two nights. During this time, as he prayed, he became one with all that surrounded him in nature and within his mind. Just before the Quest, he came down with what was later to be diagnosed as "shingles". The distraction of the pain associated with the sleep deprivation was enormous on his psyche and his ability to focus on his Quest. Upon Returning, Terry was feeling very depressed because he thought he did not have a vision. It wasn't until three weeks later when he met with his Shaman/mentor that through many questions and answers of the events of Terry's vision from beginning to end that it became clear that he did indeed have a vision!

Terry Nichols' vision for his life's journey is to gather the peoples of the world together each year on a different continent to talk of peace and mending the earth. Through these gatherings, the "Next Generation of Humanity" is born and will take the Earth through to when the next generation begins.

Hello to all of my brothers and sisters,

My journey has been that of many human beings. I grew up in poor economic means with alcoholic parents and despite everything, I was able to leave that life and move on.

Through my vision, I have found that I am the voice of your hearts and as such, I am an enormous threat to what the establishment needs to keep the world as it is today. Know that I come to you as nothing else but what you see in my words and hear in my voice. Your voice.

I am not a prophet. I am not the "end of the world". The world I speak of allows all to have their religions, families, jobs, and their dignities. The world that is coming is a world where technology is eco-friendly or will not exist. The world of the "Next Generation of Humanity" is one where people can live in clean air and drink clean water. The world where there is no war. The world where there are no countries. The world I speak of is where we all use the same currency. The world where we all are responsible for the planet we protect and not own.

My vision is from what I have interpreted as from what I believe is God, Jehovah, All That Is, Allah, or Krishna. This vision is true and it is good for all humanity.

"The Accounting" comes from a story I heard as a young Navy man. The story was passed down person to person and so the exact accounting may not be correct, but here it is:

The Commander of the military in Norfolk, Virginia was having a terrible time with how the residents were treating his people. He devised a plan and instructed all of his disbursing offices across the area to pay all military one payday in one dollar bills with a "red dot" on them to show the residents how much the military meant to them and their economy. The results were amazing. The residents have ever since treated the military as friends and have invited them to be part of their communities.

Through this story, I make the following request for all peoples of the world. On April 10, 2010, "The Accounting" will take place just before the global celebration of "Earth Day", I want all of the peoples of the world to take the smallest denomination of currency of their government and place a "GREEN DOT" upon that note, one note for each person in your family as a vote for the earth and world peace. Take the bills you placed the "GREEN DOT" upon and spend it on another person for the good of humanity and the earth.

These acts of peaceful voices all around the world will be accounted by the press as they are feverish about such stories. We will then have an accounting of just how big a voice we are around the world on behalf of world peace and recovering and protecting our "home".

Now, there will be people who will be in grave danger of doing such a brave thing to show the world they care and count. These brothers and sisters in countries where they will be imprisoned for such an act of defiance can send their money via the internet or mail to friends, family, or www.greendotforearth.org . Those "GREEN DOT" monies will be spent on their behalf and counted as part of the greatest voice the world has ever heard "silently and non-violently".

Three weeks after "The Accounting" on April 10, 2010, "The Gathering" will take place in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, May 1-3, 2010 to be part of the greatest event in the history of mankind - more countries than the Summer/Winter Olympics or any other gathering in human history.

Go to the elders of every tribe, clan, band, community, society, nation, and religion to tell them to register for this event and to come to Minneapolis. Details are here at www.greendotforearth.org. "The Gathering" is not a religious, political, or socio-economic event. All who come to this first-of-its kind event will leave their "religious and political" agenda's behind.
